Project deposits
Deposits may become non-refundable after work begins because discovery, planning and reserved delivery capacity have already been provided.
Subscription payments
A cancellation normally prevents the next renewal rather than refunding the current paid period. Any exception should follow the signed service agreement.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Verified duplicate or incorrect charges should be investigated promptly and returned through the original payment method where required by the payment provider.
Request process
Customers should submit the invoice number, payment reference and reason for review through the support portal.
Review required
Final wording must be aligned with BML merchant requirements and approved legal advice.
